I limit my class sizes so I can have lots of time with each of you.
I teach with a very hands on method. I will do everything I can for you to learn the techniques so you know EXACTLY what is going on. I DO NOT just set up a scene and hand you a trigger. YOU set up your own scenes and situations.
You need to know:
- Basic camera exposure
- How to use a flash with ambient light. "One light and the sun"
- How to use a light meter
You will learn:
- How to setup and meter multiple flashes
- Proper placement of your flash.
- How to manually control your flash for its greatest potential and further understanding of TTL.
- Use of grids and gels
- Not making a image look over flashed
- How to reverse engenier an image
You will need to bring:
- Camera/lenses
- Speedlight if you have one
- Notebook
- Class will start at 10 am and go to 5 pm
- Money for lunch
